- During the event, there may be footage and photos for later recording and publication. By participating, you freely waive the right to use your image for these purposes. If you have any objections to this, please inform the event organizers.
- For safety reasons, please note that persons under the age of 16 cannot enter the event without a legal guardian.
- For safety reasons, weapons are strictly forbidden at the event. The exception is individuals performing duties requiring them to carry weapons. To this end, we have asset seizure. We count on everyone’s cooperation to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all attendees.
- We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind or lost at the event. We have luggage storage Click and Collect in the event registration areas.
- The event badge is personal and non-transferable. In the event of loss and need for a new copy, it will be charged (BRL 60).
