Our mission is to provide autonomous and safe use of the environment for as many people as possible, regardless of age, height or mobility or perception limitations.

Accessible priority accreditation

We have an accessible priority accreditation area, especially for those who need faster and line-free service. Just go to this area when you pick up your badge, and our staff will help you quickly and efficiently.

Breastfeeding support room

Located on the 1st floor of the Main Warehouse, the Breastfeeding Support Room is the result of a partnership between Transpetro and ROG.e, to bring more comfort and respect to breastfeeding people.

Good practices handbook

We have widely distributed the Inclusion and Good Practices Booklet to all event suppliers and service providers. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment. It is EVERYONE’S responsibility to act with ethics and integrity.

Accessible restrooms

We have toilets adapted for people with disabilities in all 8 Warehouses that we will occupy on the Olympic Boulevard, thus guaranteeing the well-being of all ROG.e participants.

Accessible elevators

We have exclusive elevators for accessibility both in the Main Warehouse and in the conference space. These elevators are easily accessible and clearly signposted for your convenience.

Free Kit

The Free Kit is an incredible solution that turns any manual wheelchair into an electric tricycle. The availability of the kit will be based on demand.

100% of the content in Brazilian Sign Language

To ensure accessible connections and learning, all our lectures and panels have Brazilian Sign Language interpreters.

Special seats

We have access and seating areas and the inclusion of seats for disabled or obese people in the conference space.

Golf cars

We have boarding points outside, located on the porch between Warehouses 1 and 2, on the porch between Warehouses 2 and 3, on the porch between Warehouses 3 and 4 and on the porch between Warehouses 4 and 5.
