In 2024, the Young Summit brought together students and young professionals in a dynamic environment dedicated to career development and multigenerational dialogue on the future of the energy sector.
The program featured discussions on leadership, innovation, the energy transition, AI, mental health, and skills for the new market, connecting participants with executives, companies, and mentors.
In 2026, the Young Summit will continue to promote a dynamic experience in an environment that strengthens the image of the brands associated with the event as key players in shaping new leaders and promoting innovation in the energy sector.

An immersive experience

If you’re 35 or younger and are in high school, vocational school, or college, this is your chance to enjoy an immersive, gamified experience during ROG.e 2026 as part of this initiative organized by UnIBP and sponsored by OPITO.

There will be only 100 spots available per day for students attending ROG.e to explore the world of energy, meet companies and professionals in the sector, expand their professional network, and complete exclusive missions that earn points and prizes.

How to Participate and Enter to Win Prizes

Throughout the experience, students take part in challenges that encourage them to explore the event and learn about the industry. Each completed activity earns points toward a leaderboard, which is tracked in the UnIBP app, and at the end of each day, the top-performing participants receive awards.

Pre-Registration — Online Pre-Registation

Secure your pre-registration by clicking the button above (each person may only register for one day).
Important: Pre-registration does not grant admission to the event; a ROG.e ticket is required and sold separately.

Confirmation — In-Person Validation

Confirm your registration at the IBP booth from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. by bringing a photo ID and proof of enrollment.
The first 50 people to confirm their participation will receive an exclusive welcome gift!

Any remaining spots may be filled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Anyone who has participated or will participate on another day may take advantage of any remaining spots.

Complete missions on the UnIBP app from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and climb the rankings.
