Young Summit

In 2024, the Young Summit brought together students and young professionals in a dynamic environment dedicated to career development and multigenerational dialogue about the future of the energy sector.

The program featured debates on leadership, innovation, energy transition, AI, mental health, and skills for the new market, connecting participants with executives, companies, and mentors.

In 2026, the Young Summit will continue to promote a dynamic experience in an environment that strengthens the image of the brands associated with the event as protagonists in the training of new leaders and the promotion of innovation in the energy sector.
