Transportation Tips
Transfer
This edition of the event will feature an official shuttle service that is completely free for all ticket categories, including exhibitors.
The service will offer routes departing from the following areas:
Copacabana
Ipanema/Leblon
Barra da Tijuca – Lúcio Costa Ave.
Barra da Tijuca – Abelardo Bueno
Downtown – Ventura Building
Santos Dumont Airport
General Information:
There will be a designated drop-off and pick-up area for passengers right in front of the Arts Pavilion.
Operating Hours:
Outbound to the event: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Return: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
The service will be provided using vans and buses, with departures approximately every 30 minutes; schedules may be adjusted based on demand.
Taxi | Ride-hailing Services | Private Car
For those who prefer to use taxis or ride-hailing services, there will be designated, clearly marked pickup and drop-off points right at the entrance to the pavilions, providing quick and safe access to the event.
If you choose to come by private car, the complex features a large parking lot with capacity for over 5,800 vehicles and 17 spaces exclusively for buses, ensuring total comfort and ease of parking.
Public Transportation
The nearest subway station is Jardim Oceânico, which is connected via the BRT to the Olof Palme and Riocentro stations.
The BRT stations closest to the event are Riocentro and Olof Palme. To get to Jardim Oceânico Station (Rio Metro), you must board the BRT and transfer at Outeiro Station, continuing toward Jardim Oceânico.
