There will be a designated drop-off and pick-up point for passengers right in front of the Pavilhão das Artes
Operating Hours:
Trip to the event: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Return trip: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Departures every 30 minutes (Schedules are subject to change due to city traffic)
•⁠ ⁠The service ticket (QR code) is personal and non-transferable and must be presented at the time of boarding.
•⁠ ⁠The shuttle service is free for all accredited participants.
•⁠ ⁠Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
•⁠ ⁠To ensure vehicle availability and suitability for passengers with special needs, please schedule your ride at least 48 hours in advance and indicate this on the booking platform.
•⁠ ⁠Stops outside the service’s official route are not permitted.•⁠ ⁠If you have any questions, our staff will be available at all boarding points and inside the event at the information desk in the Food Court and at the Help Desk in the boarding area.
•⁠ ⁠If you need to change your ticket, you can do so directly on the AS Brasil platform, subject to seat availability for the route and time.
•⁠ ⁠AS Brasil will send notifications via email and WhatsApp with information about the boarding point, schedules, a map, and any operational updates.
•⁠ Please do not leave personal belongings inside the vehicles. If necessary, lockers are available for rent at the event.
•⁠ For the return trip, please go to the same location where you disembarked upon arrival.

 

For those who prefer to use taxis or ride-hailing services, there will be designated, clearly marked pickup and drop-off points right at the entrance to the pavilions, providing quick and safe access to the event.

If you choose to come by private car, the complex features a large parking lot with capacity for over 5,800 vehicles and 17 spaces exclusively for buses, ensuring total comfort and ease of parking.
