Access with
Facial Recognition
In this edition of ROG.e, we will be implementing new facial recognition technology to make access to the event faster, safer, and more efficient.
This new feature is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the experience for our audience, integrating innovation and technology at every stage of the event journey.
ROG.e brings together thousands of people, companies, and experiences in a dynamic and connected environment. As the event grows, we seek solutions that keep pace with this evolution and deliver a more modern experience for everyone.
During the individual registration process, submitting a photo will be a mandatory step to complete your registration.
This image will be used exclusively for access validation during ROG.e, allowing for automatic identification at designated checkpoints throughout the event.

What should I wear?
Dress Code
ROG.e is the gathering place for top leaders, executives, experts, and authorities in the energy sector to do business, share knowledge, and build connections.
This year, we’re the Largest Energy Festival on the Planet: more experiences, more interaction, and an even larger exhibition area. Our top tip is: dress comfortably. Choose clothing—and especially footwear—that will allow you to enjoy the full program throughout the day, without sacrificing a look appropriate for a business setting. Business attire or business casual is the best choice for meetings, networking, conferences, and other ROG.e experiences.
To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, access will not be permitted in Bermuda shorts, shorts, flip-flops, beach sandals, tank tops, gym clothes, T-shirts with offensive prints, or other excessively casual attire.
